Men's PGfrom ₹9,000
The corridor's southern pole. Brilliant if you work at SIPCOT, a long haul if you don't.
SIPCOT IT Park carries major Wipro, TCS and Cognizant campuses. The decision here isn't about the area, it's about whether your office is inside that park.

Men's PGfrom ₹7,000Most people in Siruseri pay ₹7,000–8,500 a month — the middle half of 518 room prices owners have listed with us.
A PG cannot ask you for more than three months' rent as a deposit, and must return it within one month of you moving out.
Section 11, Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017. On a ₹7,500 room that caps the deposit at ₹22,500. General information, not legal advice.

One very large IT park, the road that serves it, and the coast a short drive east.
The park is the area. If your office is inside it, this is the shortest commute on the southern corridor by a wide margin.
Company shuttles and buses do most of the work, north on OMR to Sholinganallur and west to the Kelambakkam junction.
One genuine advantage of being this far south: ECR and the beaches are a short drive east rather than a trek back up the corridor.
If SIPCOT is your office, these are your realistic alternatives.
Every PG is checked before it's listed, and every rent figure comes with the number of rooms behind it.
For most people, yes. Living beside the park turns a corridor-long bus journey into a short local one. The trade-offs are quiet evenings, fewer food and transport options after about 9pm, and the fact that the area only works while your job is in the park.
Not yet. Siruseri SIPCOT I and II are the last two stations on Corridor 3 and will be the southern terminus. The stretch south of Sholinganallur is the slower half of the work and is tracking to 2027. Today the nearest operating station is far enough that essentially nobody here uses it to commute.
Company shuttles do most of the work, with MTC buses along OMR, share autos for short trips, and cabs. The practical thing to check is whether your employer runs a shuttle and whether it stops near the PG. That changes the daily experience more than anything about the building.
